if you can keep it in that long, one is strong enough to let it out. good way to end it...surprising how many dont believe. i would think if someone told another something along those lines, they would have enough sense to know its for real. sad...

If someone has hurt you, then you must choose to forgive that person! Forgiveness is not a feeling and it is not an emotion. It is a decision. Always remember, forgiveness is a choice. If you make a decision to forgive, forget and release your assailants and offenders, the blessing of God cannot be stopped from coming upon your life. When you get hit in an unexpecter way, you have to get up and keep on going. It's not the time to quit. It's not the time to fall into depression. It's not the time to get distracted with anger. Keep on doing what God has assigned you to do. When we can look at people who've hurt us, with compassion, and pray what Jesus prayed,... Luke 23:34. "Father, forgive them for they know not what they do-there's a party that goes on inside of us." I've had my secrets and break downs but having faith and just talking with God has helped a lot. You're a very strong person, Just keep it up and pray more. You don't need a reason to pray, just talk to God about anything.

Hey =] I know what you're going through. I was 14 when I was raped by a friend and my best friend didn't even stop it she joined in...My family calls it a passive rape because I didn't fight. I was too scared. The guy that did it was 20. Then my best friend dated the guy afterwards. I'm not friends with her anymore. I just want you to know it eventually gets better. The pain is still there but it dims. The only thing us victims because that's what we are. It's not our fault not matter what. But all we can do is stick together and support each other. You sound like a great friend Tila's lucky to have you. I wish you the best and hopes my story helps you. The light is there. Claire, you're a wondersul person, so sensitive... it's a pain for me hearing everything you said, even if I don't know you, I've never met you. you seem like a great person! I tried to watch your video Secret but it stucked after 1minut.. and when I tried to watch it again it wouldn't go ferther than 30 seconds.. But I had a chance to see in your eyes.. I could see you had been hurt.. I understand what you have been trough.. I have never told anyone.. I don't have the strength to tell.. so I look up to you! i just want to say that i am so so sorry that happen to you . you seem like a good person ,but some people are just evil and they want to just hurt people for there satasfaction . and i think by coming out and telling your parents and people on here about what happen tan your a very very stronge young woman .and i saw the hurt and sarrow in your eyes in that video ,and that takes courage to do that .

any and every bad thing that happens to me makes me stronger but I must admit it takes a chunk of me away and tosses it into the darkness..

It makes me tougher and wiser and gives me inspiration and makes me appreciate those who love me for my downs and imperfections and take my ups and gifts as bonus.

it makes love feel dead yet opens your eyes to how real it is at the same time. We regret and wish these things would never happen and if we could turn back time, stop these things from happening. If only....
